I love love love conference weekend. I complain a lot about getting old but it pays off when your kids are finally old enough to endure two hours and pay attention. It helps me to get even more out of all the inspiring talks when I'm not playing referee. Last time our bingo turned into a candy fight and distraction; so we tried something new. Between sessions we made cookie dough. (Their packets from primary and Sugardoodle.net kept them busy for first session.) When second session started they got to lick a beater or bowl while listening. Those that continued to listen got cookies warm from the stove when it was all over. Thankfully everyone listened. I am just so thankful for Pres. Monson. I feel like he is just so warm and loving. My boys always remind us that even though we miss Pres. Hinkley it is Pres. Monson who can wiggle his ears. Love you all! Hope you tuned in...if not go to lds.org and read, watch or listed to the talks on line.
I know the pics are messy but what is conference without lots of comfy blankets and pillows?

So great to hear that my grandchildren listened to General Conference and heard the words of the Prophet.
