Our first post!!!

Well, now days it seems that everyone I know has a blog. Here I stand ready to jump into the unknow of "Blogging". We finished a great school year and are onto summer. One problem.... school is out but summer has yet to arrive. We have had snow, rain, lots of clouds and 40-70mi. per hr. winds. Sounds fun huh? All the gardens and flowers have died from unexpected frosts. On the bright side; my kids have really gotten into the summer reading program because there is nothing eles to do. We are in the middle of a very cold baseball season. Seth doesn't seem to mind seeing his mom shivering with a camera on the baseline. Aaron is enjoying being his coach for the second year. Paige is to start art lessons next week and continue growing her special talent. She is lucky enough to learn several different mediums this year. She may get to spend time painting with Grandma Martindale later this summer. Luke will be 5 on the 18th. He is so excited that grandma & grandpa Gidley are coming with the cousins just in time for his party. He can't wait to go to big boy school and ride a bus in the fall. Aaron is working really hard and often on the road with his pharmasuedical job. We miss him when he is gone but love that in summer we get to tag along. The kids think staying in a hotel is so cool. They could live in the hotel pool.
